Policies & Terms of Service

Scope of Practice Sound and Solace offers non-clinical wellness and relaxation services including sound meditation, Himalayan singing bowls, Reiki, and Yoga Nidra. These services are designed to support rest, relaxation, and overall well-being. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or any licensed healthcare service. Always follow the guidance of your doctor or healthcare provider.

Booking & Payment All sessions are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service price.

Refunds All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in the case of a documented medical emergency or extenuating circumstance.

Session Boundaries & Consent Consent is obtained before any hands-on or sound-on-body work. You may opt out of any portion of a session at any time and adjustments will always be made without question.

Professional Conduct All sessions are held in a respectful, safe, and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
